Carrie and Jenn are experienced combat rescue pilots and experts in aviation. Recognized for their courage and tenacity, they realized it was time they share their love of flight (and the skills that come from it) with the next generation of pilots. Join them us as they share their love of aviation, their leadership and their stories to encourage more girls to fly.

Advocacy

We strongly believe all children, but especially girls, benefit from learning about and experiencing aviation related opportunities. The complexities of flight, flight operations, maintenance and aeronautical engineering provide challenges and independent problem solving skills that are beneficial for success in all phases of life. Our mission is to advocate to increase these opportunities for girls and others who would not have access to them otherwise.

Connection

We connect girls to aviation career fields of their interest through our wide network of commercial airline, aerospace industry and military professionals. If we can’t provide a client an answer that fits her needs, we have the resources that will help her reach her goals.
